Community Specialist (Japan)


CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a person who would join our team and take care of our community in Japan. A person on this position will be responsible for building relationships with our players and community partners. If you speak Japanese as well as you speak English, you are familiar with social media channels popular with Japanese gamers and you love video games, don’t hesitate! Send us your CV.



  • Act as the public-facing representative of CD PROJEKT RED for Japan.
  • Manage Japanese social media strategy, plans, channels and community events.
  • Build relationships with players, fan sites, influencers.
  • Design and manage community projects related to GWENT franchise and other titles currently in development.
  • Work closely with community and marketing teams to drive the design and execution of all communication efforts on our company (brands, products across owned platforms and social media channels).

  • Provide community feedback reports weekly to educate internal teams on community sentiment and reactions.
  • Analyze and report on content performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization and innovation.



  • Familiarity with social media trends.
  • Excellent (or native) knowledge of spoken and written Japanese and good knowledge of English.
  • Expertise in social media channels most popular amongst Japanese gamers.
  • Avid gamer.
  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions.
  • Creativity and self-reliance.
