TW2: Brazilian and Korean Subtitles Pack

Brazilian and Korean subtitles pack requires The Witcher 2 to be updated at least to Enhanced Edition. It consists of 4 installation files and is 4GB, the size resulting from the necessity of integrating subtitles with cutscenes. All the 4 files are necessary to install the subtitles pack.

To install the patch:

  1. Make sure you have enough free space on your hard drive.
  2. Download the 4 parts of the subtitles pack. Make sure that all of them are located in one folder.
  3. Run the setup.exe file.

Checksums:

Using checksums is not necessary in any way to run the subtitles pack. More info on what checksums are and how to use them can be acquired e.g. here.

TW2: Patch 1.35

This patch is NOT necessary to install the Enhanced Edition. Patch 1.35 can be used as a more lightweight (118 MB) alternative to the 11 GB Enhanced Edition (3.0) patch for the owners of retail copies of the release (1.0) version of The Witcher 2, which requires patching to run.

.
Also, note that this patch is NOT FOR THE ENHANCED EDITION, as it already is on this patch’s level (3.0). This patch upgrades the 2011 release version of the game to Enhanced Edition.
